Vietnamese Street Food
Mama Linh came to Australia in 1988 with a dream to give her family a better life. Arriving with her son, she got a job as a kitchen-hand in a Vietnamese restaurant in Marrickville working 12-14hr days.
Within a few years she progressed to head chef and continued to fortify her knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine. Before long she opened her own restaurant and found success over the last 20+ years.
Now her son is continuing her culinary legacy by using Mama Linh’s secret recipes and revamping them to create exciting flavour sensations without losing heritage and culture in the process.
Mama Linh’s will be at The Commons from the 14th – 18th of December
