5 Nights of Trivia at The Commons
Gather your team, it’s time for the 5 Nights of Trivia at The Commons. Think you know your Horcruxes from your Hinkypunks? Understand the rules of the double dip? Can recite all seven of the dwarfs in record time? Know which city Central Perk is in? Have the answers, you must? Then sign yourself up for one of the huge trivia nights at The Commons.
SUNDAY 11 DECEMBER – Star Wars
We think it was Yoda who once said ‘have the answers you must’. Questions will range from A New Hope to The Force Awakens so the whole family can get involved!
MONDAY 12 DECEMBER – Seinfeld
It was 180 episodes about nothing. 18 years on and it’s arguably the best thing to come out of the 90’s, besides snap pants of course. Take a trip down memory lane at our Seinfeld Trivia night, Serenity now!
TUESDAY 13 DECEMBER – DISNEY
Come on down, stop on by, hop a carpet and fly to our Disney trivia night. This one is fun for the whole family, bring the kids and enjoy a night of reminiscing. We promise not to bring up THAT scene from The Lion King.
THURSDAY 15 DECEMBER – HARRY POTTER
Do you know your Horcruxes from your Hinkypunks? Or your Stupefy from your Silencio? Gather your wands and your favourite Muggles and test your knowledge of the wonderful world of Harry Potter
FRIDAY 16 DECEMBER – FRIENDS
Could we be any older? 12 years ago Friends closed its door on the purple apartment and the gang sipped their last cup of coffee from Central Perk. If you’re anything like us you’ve seen every episode – 10 times over. Gather your own amigos and strap yourselves in for a night of laughs. And yes, you can use this as an excuse to re-watch the entire series.
Everyone can get involved, with Star Wars and Disney nights curated for fans and fanatics from the ages of 4-99.
Although entry to the The Commons is free, there are entry fees for the events that will benefit a different charity each night. Not only will you be having a good time, but you’ll also be helping amazing causes such as Lifeline Canberra, the RSPCA ACT and Domestic Violence Crisis Service – just to name a few.
It’s $10 per person for each of the Trivia nights and you’ll need to register your team in advance due to the limited numbers. You can register your team here, just select the date the trivia night is on that you want to sign up for and than amount of people in your team.
